Harbour facilities are being renovated and new activities are also being implemented such as the fabrication and maintenance of offshore renewable energy structures. This implies the development of diagnosis, monitoring, maintenance, repair and reinforcement methods of the existing structures, and the proposal of new structures adapted to new constraints.
